Learning proper form and technique for running, strength exercises or weights will maximize your workout results while actually minimizing the length of your workouts.  

Motivation is the key to sticking to a workout plan or fitness goal.  If you don't experience improvement or get bored, you will more than likely give up altogether.  Physical fitness will also improve your mental fitness - get that blood flowing all the way to your brain and see how your outlook on life improves!  

As a world-class athlete, I had to continually find ways to motivate myself, to conquer fatigue, to prevent and also recover from injury, and to make sure that every rep and exercise counted.  Let me share what I've learned over the years with you.  I guarantee you will see the difference.
